Ghar Wale Rajma
This north Indian favourite is a perfect companion for your lazy Sunday. Serve it hot with a bowl of rice- and that’s what Delhi’s childhood tastes like.


Step 1
In a pressure cooker, boil 220g pink/chitra rajma (soaked overnight)
Step 2
Release pressure, add CURRYiTTM Ghar Wale Rajma paste
Step 3
Add 300ml (2 teacups) water & bring to boil
Garnish with finely sliced ginger and chopped coriander. Adjust salt to taste.
Best enjoyed with rice, roti, paratha, or naan!

Tomato, Peeled Onions, Olive Oil (16%), Ginger, Garlic, Ghee (4%), Salt, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Rajma Masala, Kashmiri Mirch, Cumin, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder
