This aromatic delicacy which literally means “cooked with intense heat in oil”, is a cosy treat for Delhi winters and a whiff of breeze from the Valleys of Kashmir in summers!
In a pressure cooker, sauté 700g mutton with 2 tbsp oil/ghee for 8 minutes
Add CURRYiTTM Rogan Josh paste with 330ml (2 1⁄4 teacups) of water
Cook for 8-9 whistles and release pressure
