  • 300g baby brinjals/baingan (with head)
  • 1 CURRYiT Butter Masala Paste
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped coriander for garnish

How To Make Butter Masala Baingan: Directions

  • Fry the baby brinjals & keep aside
  • In a pan, add CURRYiT Butter Masala paste, 180ml (1.5 teacup) of water & bring to boil
  • Add the fried brinjals Cook on sim for 10 mins
  • Garnish with chopped coriander

Serving Tip: Relish it with Chapati, Paratha or Puri. Also tastes great with rice.
