Step 1
In a pressure cooker, sauté 500g mutton with 1 tbsp mustard oil/ghee for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add CURRYIT Calcutta Kosha Mangsho paste (1 full pack) with 150ml water.
Step 3
Pressure cook for 8-9 whistles on medium flame.
