This paste of freshly minced ginger tastes exactly how grandmother
used to make at home on a sil batta (mortar & pestle) - fresh, pure and
delicious. 1 teaspoon of this thick ginger paste contains 4cm long piece
of farm-fresh ginger, and nothing else.
We don't add any preservatives, sugar, vinegar or additives, so you won't
get any foul smell or bad after-taste. We use FDA-approved autoclave
technology to vacuum pack and lock-in the freshness.
