Imagine Maggi, but with that roadside-dhaba buttery feeling. It's pure nostalgia in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

2 packs of Maggi (or any instant noodles)

1 pack of CURRYiT Dhaba Butter Masala

1 tbsp butter

Veggies of your choice- chopped carrots, capsicum, peas, onions
Steps

Boil noodles in some, drain but reserve a tablespoon of the starchy water.

In the same pan, add oil and the veggies of your choice and saute.

Add CURRYiT’s Dhaba Butter Masala and cook it for 20–30 seconds.

Add the cooked noodles and a splash of reserved noodle water. Toss gently so the masala coats every strand.

Fold in spring onion/peas if using. Plate and enjoy!
Tip: A squeeze of lemon brightens the butter masala - do try it out!
