Ingredients

200 g firm tofu, pressed & cubed

2 cups mixed chopped veggies (bell pepper, carrot, beans, broccoli)

1 tsp CURRYiT Ginger Garlic Paste

1–2 tbsp butter

Salt to taste
Steps

Pat tofu dry and cube. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan; shallow-fry tofu until golden on all sides. Remove and keep aside.

Keep it aside and toss in chopped veggies. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes so they stay bright-crisp.

Push veggies to the side; add the CURRYiT Ginger Garlic Paste to the hot pan for 20–30 seconds to wake up its aroma.

Mix everything, return tofu to the pan, season with salt and combine everything together gently.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and and enjoy!
