Ingredients

500 g chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)

1 packet CURRYiT Gharwale Rajma Masala (or 3–4 tbsp paste)

1–2 tbsp oil

½ cup water (adjust for gravy consistency)

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander, chopped (to finish)
Steps

Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan over medium heat.

Add chicken and saute it for 3-4 mins then add CURRYiT’s ghar wale rajma masala. toss so they’re fully coated in the paste. Sear 2-3 minutes to lock flavours.

Pour in ½ cup water (more if you want a thinner gravy), add salt and stir. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes (until chicken is cooked through). If using bone-in, cook until tender and juices run clear.

Finish with chopped coriander. Serve with steaming rice, rotis or even buttered pav.
Tip: Add potato halves or a handful of peas while simmering for a fuller one-pot meal.
