step 1
In a pressure cooker, sauté 1kg mutton with 2 tbsp oil /ghee for 5 minutes
step 2
Add CURRYIT Kashmiri Rogan Josh paste with 300ml water.
step 3
Pressure cook for 8-9 whistles on medium flame.
