Bombay Pao Bhaji
Take your senses for a stroll along Chowpatty by the beach, with a plate of our Bombay Pao Bhaji made with real butter. Loaded with flavourful yet simple spices, this dish epitomizes the city of dreams.


Step 1

Boil 500g potatoes, coarsely mash and keep aside
Step 2
In a large pan add 2 tbsp butter & mashed potatoes
Step 3
Add CURRYiT Bombay Pao Bhaji paste, 350ml water & simmer for 15 minutes
Garnish with lime, chopped coriander and butter. Adjust salt to taste.
Best enjoyed with Pao !

MOM APPROVED HACKS:
- Add a bowl of mashed bottle-guard and green peas the Pao Bhaji to make it wholesome. All health, great taste
- Toss the pao in butter and serve hot
