Chettinad Masala is a rich spicy curry, originating from the Chettiar community of Tamil Nadu. One is lucky to eat like a Chettiar they say in South India.


Step 1
In a pan add the CURRYiT Chettinad Masala paste
Step 2
Add 300ml (2 teacups) of water & bring to boil
Step 3
Add 700g of boiled chicken/fried jackfruit.
