Dal Makhani
A staple in every Punjabi household, the scrumptious Dal Makhani is like a a warm hug from mom! Enjoy is as a main dish or as an accompaniment in a bigger feast.


Step 1
In a pan add the CURRYiT Dal Makhani paste
Step 2
Add 270 ml (1 3⁄4 teacups) of water & bring to boil
Step 3
Add boiled black urad dal (180g - soaked overnight) & 1 tsp butter. Simmer for 8-10 minutes
Garnish with white butter or a dash of cream. Adjust salt to taste.
Best enjoyed with tandoori roti, naan, chapati or laccha paratha!
