Step 1

In a pressure cooker, sautΓ© 1kg mutton with 2 tbsp mustard oil/ghee for 5 minutes.

It is not at all spicy it is bloody sweet
It is like I am making sweet fry

You are mentioned Andhra fry means spicy it will be right why is it tasting sweet

Then I added 5 green chillies for 500 grams of mutton

Still I am not finding it spicy

But the taste is very good I loved it

Actually guys, I cheated. Surprised my wife with the Andhra Mutton curry. Followed the instructions to the tea. She absolutely loved it. Have not told her my secret though. Would definitely be ordering much more. Loved the balance of spice and flavour and your cooking instructions were spot on. Thank you guys, you made me an overnight pro. Sadly , could not take any pictures only reason was the dish just wiped out in a blink😊

Curries in taste wise it's the best.

Curries are best in taste. I love that it doesn't have preservative, colour, or taste enhancers. Taste purely comes from spices used in this. Love it, but one suggestion for company that add something like roasted chana powder or cashew paste that makes gravy or curry a little bit thick. Sometimes I added water as mentioned in packets but it makes curry too watery. But the taste it's awesome. πŸ‘πŸ‘
