Kosha Mangsho
A memento of celebrations and pandal hopping at the Durga Puja, our Kosha is an ode to the Bengali heirloom. Every bite of this velvety curry is an emotion in itself. Shotti!


Step 1
In a pressure cooker, sauté 700g mutton with 2 tbsp oil/ghee for 5 minutes
Step 2
Add CURRYiTTM Kosha Mangsho paste with 225ml (1 1⁄2 teacups) of water
Step 3
Cook for 8-9 whistles and release pressure
Garnish with a tsp of burnt mustard oil. Adjust salt to taste.
Best enjoyed with luchi, rice & chapati
