Spicy Andhra Masala
Bring home Andhra’s red hot favourite ft. the notoriously spicy Guntur chilli. A true symphony of spices, the dish’s aroma and flavours will titillate your palette and leave you wanting more.


Step 1
In a pressure cooker, sauté 1kg mutton with 2 tbsp oil/ghee for 3-4 minutes
Step 2
Add half of CURRYiT Spicy Andhra Masala paste with 200ml water and cook for 7-9 whistles on medium flame
Step 3
Release pressure, add remaining CURRYiT paste and cook on low heat till semi-dry consistency is achieved
Adjust salt to taste.
Enjoy it with rice, dosa and majjige (buttermilk)!

Onion, Olive Oil, Cashew Nuts, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Desi Ghee(2%), Poppy Seeds, Whole Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Nutmeg.
